What is the return policy of The Rachman
Company?

Our Quality
Assurance department works hard to ensure that
your purchase will arrive in beautiful
condition. However, mistakes can happen so
we will provide refunds or exchanges of
defective product. All returns must be in new,
unused condition with all original boxes,
packing material, documentation, and
instructions.

notify us prior to returning merchandise for an
authorization code. All returns require this
authorization code before being accepted. Call
us for this return authorization code and we
will provide a refund for your order, minus a
20% re-stocking fee.

shipping options are available?
- We can ship
your order by UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight
Delivery.
We also ship by Priority Mail, Express Mail and
World Wide Express through the US Postal Service (USPS).

- Can I ship to a PO Box?
- All orders with shipping
addresses to PO Boxes will be sent by United States
Postal Service (USPS), since UPS and FedEx do not deliver to Post
Offices. Customers with PO Box addresses will need
to choose USPS as their shipping method.

How about internationally?
Yes we will ship to most countries.
Customers outside the continental United States be
advised you may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once the package reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance will be your responsibility; 2 fo1 will
not be liable for and in no way has control over
these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to
country; you should contact your local customs
office for further information.

delivery charges calculated?
- Delivery
charges are calculated based on the shipping method
used (Ground, 2nd Day, or Overnight). Location
to which the order is being shipped is another
factor. All orders are shipped from our center
in Walnut Creek, CA.
